Welcome to the Illinois District Church of the Nazarene
The Church of the Nazarene is a Protestant Christian church in the Wesleyan-Holiness
tradition. Organized in 1908, the Church of the Nazarene is now home to more than
1.6 million members worshiping in over 18,000 local congregations in 151 world areas.
The Illinois District is comprised of 85 congregations located in the southern part of
Illinois. From approximately I-72 south.
The mission of the Illinois District is to develop healthy, multiplying, holiness churches and
pastors.
